Our client is looking for lawyers to join its leading Banking & Finance practice.
Our client advises on general banking, finance (including project and acquisition finance), export finance, acquisition and disposition of distressed assets and load portfolios, claims trading, funds, derivatives, structured finance, securitizations, and other financial services.
The firm in Prague is focused on domestic and international transactional and regulatory advice along with supporting their financial services clients in litigation and dispute resolution needs. They are seeking a mid-level Associate with up to 6 years post qualification, who can act for major international and regional banks, other financial institutions (insurance companies, funds, and asset managers), corporates (issuers, borrowers, and sponsors), sovereigns, and municipalities. You will be advising on a range of complex financial transactions acting for clients primarily on the lender side.
The successful applicant is Czech educated qualified and holds premier experience in Banking & Finance. UK qualification is a plus.
